Lensbaby Journey Coming To An End
on Jan 06 in News, Photography by MegOver the last 4 months our four Lensbaby friends, Nik, Emily, Tess and Len, have been all over the United States staying with some of the most inviting foster parents they could have. They started in the northeast, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire and then took over the entire east coast!
Tess, our all American next door girl, made some of the large travel leaps. Starting in Maine she got to relax and live the simple life. Here she learned about Paul Bunyan and even got to see writer Stephen Kings House!
Nik, our outgoing athlete, had a scary beginning when he met some ‘evil chickens’ on his first day! Ends up they just had to check him out and give him the okay (perhaps they should work for the TSA!). After the chicken inspection he went on to make quite a few friends with his foster parents children and even ran some photo shoots!
Len, our shy nervous traveler, started a bit slower than the rest of the babies. He stayed in Massachusetts for his first round where he too was inspected by TSA pup. After a few days with his Massachusetts foster parent he felt ready to head to Rhode Island. Here his foster dad showed him all around Providence!
Emily spent her first few days in Vermont and then headed to New Jersey where she actually spent most of her time in New York City where her foster mom worked! (I’m not normally scared of heights but I was nervous for her in the photo below!) Emily, being the wild child she is LOVED New York and the bright lights and crowds of people.

After this the Lensbabies all had amazing journeys. Len got to go to the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Emily checked out Myrtle Beach, Nik got to know all about Route 66, Tess got to meet up with a college basketball team and Len calmed his nerves and began to actually like traveling! All in all they had an absolutely wonderful time with all of their new friends that they made and can’t wait to find their forever homes!

Looks like they all had a great time on their journeys!
I’m so excited to see that everyone made it back safe and sound! i am soooo excited about this, lol!
What a great idea and fun experience!
